What a blast we had at our 35th Anniversary Gala on October 5th, 2024! Donations still welcome!

We gathered at the stunning South Shore Cultural Center for “A Night of Legacy and Transformation: Illuminating Futures and Changing Lives,” celebrating the mission and impact of Center for Changing Lives. Thanks to your generosity, we surpassed our fundraising goal and raised over $150,000!

Guests donned cocktail attire in shades of red and dazzling jewels for this special evening. We were honored to have Joanna Hernandez of WTTW Chicago as our Emcee, with powerful jazz singer Maggie Brown gracing us with her talents. Los Pleneros de Don Segundo con Cabezudos got us dancing as we celebrated CCL's impact together.

We presented Legacy Leadership Awards to Rev. Francisco Arroyo, Rev. Fernando Siaba (in memoriam of Rev. Dr. Ramon Nieves), Congresswoman Delia Ramirez, Ms. Ellen Ray, and Commissioner Lissette Castaneda.

The silent auction was filled with exciting "buy-it-now" items and amazing live auction offerings, showcasing unique experiences and luxurious stays. We had a wonderful time with the Paddle Drop, adding to the lively atmosphere. Plus, the Golden Ticket Raffle offered a chance to win an wonderful getaway to some beautiful destinations, making the night even more special!
