Resource Development coaching for you!
Through Resource Development Coaching, CCL connects members to available public benefits, relevant people, resources, and opportunities and mobilizes non-financial resources, like social and relational capital. Social and relational capital is expanding your web of relationships to access new resources and opportunities. A part of Resource Development Coaching is income support services which can be as broad as needed to address areas where developing resources and capacities would enhance goal attainment.

Connection to mainstream benefits
CCL’s Financial Opportunity Center (FOC) model, is a nationally recognized, evidence-based model that integrates three core services together to achieve meaningful economic advancement – financial coaching, employment coaching, and income support services (mainstream benefits).
CCL coaches members in applying for and accessing mainstream benefits such as SNAP, health insurance, and other programs. CCL utilizes the FOC model to increase employment, mobilize subsidies and mainstream benefits, and reduce household fees and expenses simultaneously, taking a holistic approach to building a household’s financial capability!

Our team at CCL will provide the most recent paperwork for your emergency assistance applications for rent, mortgage, or utilities, contact us today to begin the process. CCL is here for you at this difficult time to support you in finding the resources you need.
The approval process for rent or mortgage assistance will take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks from the time that all necessary documents are filled out and obtained. A reminder that Center for Changing Lives does not approve or deny applications; we facilitate the process and help you navigate the paperwork. Please be patient when waiting for a decision to be made on your application.
For those that have a mortgage, please provide the last 2 months of your mortgage statements (all pages need to be included).
