Credit Building Tools

Lending Circles

CCL uses unique approaches to support credit building for our members. Lending Circles is a unique and enterprising credit and asset-building tool. Lending Circles are no-interest, small-dollar, credit-building loans offered on a social platform and a way for financial participants to save money and build credit, particularly for those who may not have access to mainstream loans. CCL partners with Mission Asset Fund to offer Lending Circles.

In housing and financial coaching, CCL members access credit-building products and services for free!

3C-Connecting Capital and Community

For Black and Brown Chicagoans, there are a lot of reasons why buying a home is hard, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

Collaboration between lenders, developers and community navigators can be game- changing. That’s the idea behind Connecting Capital and Community –3C for short. It’s an all-inclusive housing initiative working to give Chicagoans in two West Side communities a smoother path to home ownership.

To get connected, reach out via email frontdesk@cclconnect.org or call 773-342-6210.
