Center for Changing Lives is located in the Logan Square community and serves the greater near northwest and northwest sides of Chicago.

Based on 2010 Census data, Logan Square has a population of 73,595. Over 21% of households live below the poverty level.  Of those living below the poverty line 64% were Latinos. The median household income is $49,610 annually, but the median income for Latinos is $34,346.

Physically located at 1955 N St Louis Ave, CCL can be accessed via the following public transportation routes:

From the west: The Armitage Ave bus (#73) to North/Clark
From the east: The Armitage Ave bus (#73) to Laramie from the Armitage Ave Brown Line stop or the Western Ave Blue Line stop.
From the south: The Homan Ave bus (#82) to Devon/Kedzie
From the north: The Kimball Ave bus (#82) to Central Park/31st.

CCL is open during the following hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10am – 6pm
Tuesday: 10am-6pm; 6pm-8pm by appt only
Friday: 10am – Noon (12pm) by appt only
